I have over 18 years in practice in the specialised area of insurance law. I have dedicated my career to representing major insurance companies in New Zealand.
My practice areas encompass fire and general, maritime, material damage, earthquake claims, defective buildings and subrogated recovery. I work closely with experts to deliver comprehensive and effective legal support to insurers.
When it comes to resolving insurance disputes, I have appeared in the High Court, at JSCs and mediations. In addition to litigation work, I provide policy advice, indemnity opinions and policy drafting services.
I have an efficient, pragmatic, client-focused approach, always seeking to understand my clients’ goals and concerns so that I can provide the most effective legal support.
