I work across a number of different areas of the law, including employment, health and safety, civil litigation and insurance law. Having a broad range of expertise helps tailor the advice I provide to be both legally sound and commercially pragmatic. My aim is to provide effective advice and strategies – keeping both the time and cost for clients to a minimum.

I enjoy working with clients from the start of an employment relationship, such as drafting employment agreements, policies and procedures, to assisting at the end of the relationship, whether that is because the relationship has naturally come to an end, or because disciplinary action is required.

Litigation can be daunting for clients. My aim is to minimise the stress that a client faces by providing timely advice on the process, risks and strategies for resolution – whether that is through negotiation, dispute resolution or proceeding to Court.
